THE CLIENT
Caduceus Cellars and Merkin Vineyards is a small production, established boutique winery in the Verde Valley of Northern Arizona.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The General Manager is responsible for the leadership, development and management of all sales channels, implementing effective and innovative strategies, upholding the integrity and building of Caduceus Cellars brand image. This is a hands-on position involving existing vineyards and a dedicated staff. The candidate will make and implement tough decisions, focusing on building a growing, lasting and sustainable business, working with the owner and business manager on budgeting and financial projections, personnel management, oversee government compliance, and sales and marketing programs. The position and responsibilities will grow with the company's success and evolution.
LOCATION
The position is located in Arizona.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The General Manager reports to the Winery Owners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General
Able to lead and perform strategic production and financial planning with the management team.
Lead company while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Meet frequently with winery owners to ensure that operations are being executed in accordance with the organization's policies. Working collaboratively with the accounting manager to provide financial information along with related recommendations to enable the business to prosper.
Establish current and long-range goals, objectives, plans and policies, subject to approvalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
